Bi​o

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Wright Institute in Berkeley. I completed a practicum at Project Pride, a residential treatment center for mothers and their children provided by the East Bay Community Recovery Project, followed by a clinical fellowship at the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center.

​​Next, I moved on to Ohlhoff Recovery Programs, serving in various roles, including Outpatient Director and Clinical Manager. In addition to my private practice, I worked part-time as a staff therapist with Foundations Recovery Network. Currently, I work full-time in private practice with clients in California and Washington State, where my work has focused on the transgenerational effects of addiction, trauma, and attachment injuries and their effects on the individual and relationships. My experience over the last 15 years has shown me that recovery and healing are possible in all areas of life, and I am excited to join you on that journey.
